● Generally, we do not accept order cancellations due to shipping delays. However, if more than 6 months have passed since the scheduled delivery month, we will consider cancellations upon customer request. 
● Due to manufacturing processes, there may be slight design changes to the product. 
● As the sofubi molding is done by hand, there might be some variations between individual pieces. Please understand this aspect.
